JAVANESE EGG AND TOFU On Favorite Egg Recipes

JAVANESE EGG AND TOFU

Ingredients:
? 4 eggs
? 250 grams white tofu, diced 1x1cm
? 250 grams of sprouts, pour in boiling hot water, set aside
? 1 stalk celery, cut into thin
? Fried onions, for sprinkling
? Salt

Blend the peanut sauce:
? 2 cloves garlic, fried briefly
? 100 grams of fried peanuts
? 2 tablespoons soy sauce
? 1 tablespoon paste
? A little water
How to make:
1. Whisk the eggs that had been spiked with pepper and salt until frothy, put pieces of tofu. Stir well.
2. Fried the egg batter over non-stick skillet until cooked.
3. Remove and place on serving dish, add the sprouts and celery on top.
4. Serve with peanut sauce sprinkle with fried onions.
