In the mid 1990s, as Andre Rahadian was preparing to enroll at the University of Indonesia in the Faculty of Law his father wasn?t entirely supportive of his decision. Two decades later, Andre is an award-winning corporate lawyer who has been assisting many foreign investors as well as domestic ones in forming and structuring their investment plan and corporate business activities in Indonesia. A founding member of Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners, he made partner in 2001, a few years after his return from the United States armed with a Master?s in Law (LL.M). Andre is also well-known as one of the most respected lawyers in the Indonesian aviation industry. He has longstanding experience covering almost every legal and commercial aspect including aviation related regulations. He has represented prominent airline companies such as Indonesian national flag carrier Garuda Indonesia, Sriwajaya Air, Citilink, and Tiger Airways.
