Sukmawati Sukarnoputri reported Rizieq to the national police crime investigation unit last October, for a statement Rizieq made in a speech he delivered in Bandung on November 15, 2011. During the large FPI gathering there, Rizieq said, "In Sukarno's Pancasila, 'Belief in God' is placed at the bottom, while in the Pancasila of the Jakarta Charter, that point is placed on top." Rizieq's two-hour recorded speech spread widely after it was uploaded onto YouTube on June 9, 2014. Sukmawati reported it later, after a friend showed her the video on Pancasila Day, last June. Because the speech was made in Bandung, the national police headquarters turned the case over to the West Java police department. Even so, the criminal investigation unit remain involved in looking at the case. "But this is going too far," said Sukmawati, who has twice given statements to the police.
