ISIS TOURS QUIETLY, militant groups in Indonesia are sending people to join and fight with the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), many of them recruited by members of old terrorist networks. A few weeks ago, 32 Indonesians travelling in two separate groups were arrested by Turkish border police. It was not the first time. They held a list of 159 other Indonesians?with their names and addresses?who had previously managed to cross over into ISIS territory. Given existing legislation, what can the government do to take preventive action against these would-be ISIS followers? Tempo reports from the Turkish-Syirian border.
